One of the aims of KazSociety UK is to make life of people in need better. This is why we continuously donate substantial part of our profits to charity. Although, major part of donations go to orphanages in Kazakhstan, we also help other organisations around the world. Discover more below!

Our charity contributions

Pounds spent on charity in 2011-2016
  • 2016 – Almaty

    On 29-th July we spent £600 to organise touristic excursion for children in rehabilitation centre “Balbulak”. “Balbulak” is a place were children with chronic respiratory diseases come to have a treatments during the summer. Many of those children come from other cities and thus were very excited to see attractions of Almaty and socialise with new people. Click to see photos.

  • 2016 – Astana

    In Astana, we spent £400 to organise social day for children from psycho-neurologic socio-medical centre. Throughout the day we attended amusement park, socialised with children during lunch and walked together in Central Park of Astana.

     

  • 2015 – Nepal

    We donated £500 to Oxfam in Nepal where 9000 died and 23000 were injured after earthquake in April. Click to see certificate.

     

  • 2015 – Karaganda

    This year we donated £2000 to Red Crescent in Karaganda region which suffered after the disastrous flood which destroyed dozens of villages and harmed hundreds of domestic animals. Click to see certificate.

     

  • 2015 – Astana

    £100 were donated to orphanage in Astana. See thank you letter.

     

  • 2015 – Donating to child’s operation

    £1000 were donated to help pay surgical operation of child. The child had tissue defect of upper jaw, nose and roof of the mouth. Overall, thanks to other people, $36000 were collected via crowdfunding and the operation was successfully executed in Moscow.

  • 2013 – Donating to child’s operation

    £550 were donated to Batyrkhan Shaizada – the child diagnosed with cerebral palsy and symptomatic focal epilepsy.

  • 2013 – Astana psycho-neurologic socio-medical centre

    £1354 were donated to psycho-neurologic socio-medical centre in Astana

  • 2013 – Donating to child’s operation

    £345 were donated to Batyrkhan Shaizada – the child diagnosed with cerebral palsy and symptomatic focal epilepsy.

  • 2011 – Donating to Kovcheg

    £2027 were donated to Kovcheg – orphanage in Almaty. The money were used to purchase basic home appliances and stationery for children.
